A lot of people don’t even realize it, but they have a terrible relationship with themselves.
And even more people don’t realize how much their relationship with themselves massively impacts their weight loss journey.
Today’s episode is all about improving that relationship.
The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself.
Today, I explain two big reasons that many of us struggle to love ourselves. Then I give a few specific steps that will help you (at least) start liking yourself again.
