There are three weight loss categories. Today I’ll help you figure out which one you fit into. I’ll also explain four of the most common things that hold us back from achieving the results we really want. 

I can pretty much guarantee you’ll find yourself in one of these three categories and you’ll identify with at least one (if not all) of the struggles that people experience.
