1-on-1 Coaching

Simply put – we figure out where people want to go with their body … then help them get there. Whether you want to lose 50lbs, build muscle mass, or get leaner for the beach, we can coach you to it.

Here’s a brief overview of how 1-on-1 Food and Fitness Coaching works:

Step 1: Determine Your Destination

Beginning with a detailed online assessment, we answer the question – what do you want to achieve with your body? We want to get a picture of the “new version of you.” Or as I like to call it – your destination.

Step 2: Weekly Goals

Once we’ve established your destination, I begin “steering the ship” toward that destination (toward the new you) by providing very specific weekly goals. That’s your only job for the those seven days. Zone in like a laser and conquer the specific goals for that week.

Step 3: Accountability and Adjustments

Each week, you give an honest report of your previous week. I’ll review it and respond with updated goals within 24 hours. Weekly reports and updated goals/strategies drive this whole process. This consistent, timely, honest communication is crucial.

In a nutshell . . .

1: Where do you want to be with your health, fitness, and body?

2: Turn your brain off and do exactly what I give you each week.

3: Report back to me, I make adjustments, suggestions, and supply a new set of goals.

Simple, powerful, result-producing!

You need to understand a few things …

This is not a diet or workout program that you’re handed, with a slap on the back, and “good luck.” We’re in the trenches together every single week.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program.

Each and every set of goals is 100% personalized for you.

This is not for everybody.

Two things are required – you must have time and must be coachable. This 1-on-1 coaching experience requires an investment of time (from both of us) each and every week. If you’re not willing to carve out the space in your schedule and life, then I encourage you to find some other solution.

Also, if you want to be successful with 1-on-1 coaching … you need to be coachable. This basically means that you’re willing to open your mind and life, to (at least) temporarily quit seeing and doing things the way you always have, and begin piece-by-piece doing some things differently. If you’re not willing to listen, learn, and change, then coaching is not for you.

Spots are not always available.

I love coaching people to incredible results, but unfortunately I’m very busy and time is a precious commodity for me. As such, this opportunity is extremely limited due to the one-on-one time needed in order to provide you with results.

I refuse to provide poor service because I’m overloaded and don’t have time, therefore, I can only work with a handful of people. Please know that I may or may not have availability if you inquire about 1-on-1 coaching.
