We’ve all made “to do” lists. Unfortunately, not many people have ever created a “don’t do” list. That’s exactly what today’s episode is all about. I’m sharing a list of things to NOT do.
It’s a list of things that will make sure you stay overweight, unhealthy, and just overall miserable w/ your body and life. So, obviously you want to avoid these at all costs!
We’ll cover all sorts of stuff like . . .
- Fear of failure
- When to quit and not quit
- Your relationship with yourself
- Victim mentality
- And where you spend most of your energy
It may sound odd, but if you’ll give my list a chance, I think you’ll find it helpful, possibly eye-opening, and maybe even kind of fun.
