It breaks my heart to see how mean people can be to themselves. I see it SO much.
It’s not every person I coach, but it’s definitely the majority. So, there’s a good chance you might be a lot harder on yourself than you really need to be.
There’s also a good chance that you think this is necessary. You might think that you actually NEED to be hard on yourself if you want to eventually be successful with losing weight.
You might also think that if you stop (stop being really hard on yourself), then you’ve let yourself off the hook! And you’ll never reach your weight loss goals.
