There are two pretty well known models for personal development. Essentially, there are two methods for pursuing the goals you have in life, including any health or weight loss goal you can imagine. 

One is commonly used without us even realizing it. Unfortunately, this method often isn’t the most effective. The other method requires a mindset shift, but can be much more powerful at producing results.
